One workshop, the entire craft
Most jewelry passes through a chain of separate hands, a caster here, a setter there, a polisher somewhere else. We built VBSAA the other way. Design, CAD, casting, stone setting, and polishing all live together in one house, so a piece is never handed off to a stranger. That continuity is what lets us hold a consistent standard across a single custom order or an entire wholesale program.
We work in 10k, 14k, and 18k gold and in 925 sterling silver, setting hand-selected diamonds and colored precious stones with precision. Our categories run the full range, rings, earrings, necklaces, pendants, bracelets, and findings, produced to specification for boutiques, retailers, and private clients. You dream it; we create it.
The in-house process
From idea to finished piece
01. Design & CAD
Drawn, then modeled
Every piece begins as a concept and becomes a precise CAD model. We refine proportion, weight, and stone layout on screen, resolving the details before a gram of metal is committed.
02. Casting
Cast in gold & silver
We cast in 10k, 14k, and 18k gold and in 925 sterling silver in our own workshop, controlling metal quality and finish from the first pour rather than trusting an outside foundry.
03. Stone Setting
Set by hand
Hand-selected diamonds and colored stones are set with precision by our own setters, prong, pavé, bezel, and channel, so each stone sits secure, level, and bright.
04. Polish & QC
Finished & checked
Final polishing and quality control close every order. Each piece is inspected before it leaves the bench, no shortcuts, no compromise on the finish that carries a client's name.
05. Custom
A single piece
Bespoke commissions are welcome, a one-off engagement ring, an heirloom reimagined, or a signature design built to your exact specification and produced start to finish in-house.
06. Wholesale
A full program
