VBSAA Inc. is a designer, manufacturer, and wholesaler of fine diamond and gold jewelry, based in the New York / New Jersey area. You can reach us at varsha@vbsaa.com.

This website is a private catalogue of our work, shown to trade partners and clients. Prices are not published here, and nothing is sold or paid for on the site. There is no cart, checkout, or online payment.

Any purchase, wholesale order, or custom piece is arranged directly with our team and governed by a separate quote, invoice, or agreement. Nothing on this site is a binding offer to sell.

Viewing the full portfolio requires an account. When you request one, give us accurate information and keep your login details secure, you’re responsible for activity under your account.

Access is granted at our discretion. We may approve, decline, suspend, or revoke an account at any time, particularly where we suspect misuse or misrepresentation.

You can use our site if you are at least 18, or have permission from a parent or guardian. Don’t use it to break the law, hack us, harm other users, or scrape or bulk-download our content.

All content on the site, photographs, text, logos, jewelry imagery, and designs, belongs to VBSAA. Our pieces and their images are our intellectual property. Don’t copy, reproduce, reuse, resell, or create derivative works from them without our written permission.

We try to show our jewelry as accurately as we can, but colors, finishes, and scale may look different on your screen than in person. Reference numbers shown with each piece are for identification.

Many pieces are made by hand, so small variations between items are normal and part of what makes them special.

Pricing and availability are shared privately, on request. Any quote we provide is an estimate until confirmed in writing, and may change with market conditions, specifications, and quantities.

We provide this website “as is.” We don’t promise it will always work without bugs or downtime.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, VBSAA is not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in New York.

Every photograph, design, and piece shown on this site is the copyrighted property of VBSAA Inc., protected under United States and international intellectual-property law. Our product images carry an @vbsaa watermark; removing, cropping out, editing over, or otherwise obscuring that watermark is strictly prohibited.

You may not copy, download, screenshot for reuse, reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from our images or designs, including on other websites, online marketplaces, social media, printed catalogues, or manufacturing references, without our prior written permission. Reproducing our designs, or presenting our pieces or imagery as your own, infringes our rights.

We actively protect our work. Unauthorized use may result in the removal of infringing content, takedown requests to the hosting platform, and legal action for damages and costs to the fullest extent permitted by law. If you believe content on this site infringes your own copyright, or if you would like to license or request permission to use ours, contact varsha@vbsaa.com with the details and we will respond promptly.

We may update these terms at any time. Changes are effective when posted. If you keep using the site after changes, you agree to the new terms.
