VBSAA is a wholesale and made-to-order jewelry house, not an online shop. You browse the collection, then we work with you directly on pricing, custom details, and delivery. This page explains how that works so you know what to expect before you reach out.
How ordering works
There’s no checkout on this site. Save the pieces that catch your eye, then request pricing on your selection, whether that’s one piece or many, and we email you a priced line sheet of those pieces. Anyone can contact us about a specific piece or idea.
Custom & made-to-order
Alongside the stocked collection, we design and manufacture custom pieces in-house. Materials, stones, metal, and finish are confirmed with you before production begins. There is no minimum order for custom or private-label work.
Wholesale & trade
We work with independent designers, small studios, retailers, and trade partners alike. Our terms are stated openly:

- Repeat order of an existing design
- 2 to 4 weeks
- New custom development
- 4 to 6 weeks
Pricing is shared directly as a priced line sheet. Reach out and we’ll set you up.
Pricing & payment
Pricing depends on metal, stones, and specification, and precious-metal prices move with the market, so pieces are quoted per order. We do not collect card or bank details on this site; payment is arranged and invoiced directly once your order is confirmed.
Production & delivery
Pieces marked Ready to ship are in stock. A repeat order of an existing design takes 2 to 4 weeks, and new custom development 4 to 6 weeks; we’ll confirm timing with your quote and keep you posted as your order progresses. Shipping is arranged per order, insured where appropriate, and delivery details are confirmed with you before dispatch.
Returns & exchanges
Returns and exchanges are handled case by case, particularly for custom and made-to-order pieces. If something isn’t right, tell us promptly and we’ll work with you directly to make it right. We stand behind our craftsmanship.
Quality & care
Our jewelry is designed and manufactured in-house in diamond, gold, and silver, and hallmarked to its stated metal. To keep pieces looking their best, store them dry and separate, and keep them away from chemicals, perfume, and abrasives. We’re glad to advise on care for a specific piece.
